Come and stay at this newly remodeled retreat! This recently renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom is conveniently located within the sought after Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort. This Tennis Villa has access to tennis courts, an oceanfront pool, and it has a stunning view of the lagoon from the first floor balcony. You can also enjoy all of the amenities that this resort has to offer! On-site restaurants, private beach access, 24/7 gated security, a fitness center, basketball courts, bike rentals, tennis and pickleball courts, and so much more!
This stunning rental was remodeled with families in mind. This open, light and airy floor plan is a breath of fresh air. The main bedroom features a queen sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. The guest room is perfect if you are traveling with children - the bunk beds accommodate 3. The kitchen has anything that you could ever need for preparing meals and the dining table seats 6.
Located mid-island you'll find that you are close to everything the island has to offer including water sports, fine dining, fishing, and of course, the beach! During the summer months, there are multiple kid-friendly activities like hair braiding, family movie night at the pool, ice cream, trivia, magic, karaoke, airbrush tattoos, and more!
The Breeze trolley service runs every 30 minutes and has a stop at the resort. It starts back up again on March 29th, 2025 and will run until around Labor Day. It is available from 1PM-10PM during the week and 1PM-11PM on Friday & Saturday.
This resort has a strict NO PETS policy. Please let us know if you have a service animal! There is also no elevator in this building, so you will have to climb a few stairs to get to the first floor. Before your arrival, please let us know how many parking passes you will need (limit 2). Pack n play or beach wagons can be provided upon request with proper notice before your arrival! This is a NO SMOKING & NO VAPING condo.
