**Great house, prime location, excellent value**
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location is excellent — very convenient and perfect for us. The house is very spacious, with four bedrooms, and offers great comfort, even though we were only three people. It would also be ideal for a larger family of 8 or group.
We especially loved the big kitchen, the terrace area with BBQ, and the overall space of the house. For the size, location, and price, it is very good value and not easy to find something similar.
A few small improvements would make the house even better: curtains, especially near the entrance door, living and black out in Bedroom, some soft cushions for the terrace chairs, and a little more care for the terrace and garden area to make it feel more welcoming.
Overall, we had a very good experience and would definitely book this house again when we come back to this area.

Location is great to pool, Harbour town , walking distance to many things. Pool was clean and nice and has a snack stand.
House needs a serious updating. Deck is splinter heaven, and nails popping up. I wouldn’t let my kids on it without sneakers. Floors are filthy , my kids socks were black on the bottoms. I wouldn’t let them walk barefoot in the house , I was concerned with the filth on the floors. Vents were filthy. Could use some fresh paint to spruce the place up. The kitchen appliances were new , so that was nice. Pool towels and bath towels were clean and looked brand new. Washer and dryer were old, but worked fine and was nice to have.
