This beautiful 2/2 condo at Waterwheel Condominiums is on the Guadalupe River! It is on the 1st floor. Walking distance to downtown New Braunfels and Schlitterbahn and only 3 miles to Gruene. This fully furnished condo comes with all the necessities for a great vacation! The open living room has huge windows that boast a beautiful view. The dining table seats four with 3 barstools at the breakfast bar. The condo sleeps six with a queen bed in the guest bedroom, a sofa sleeper in the living room, and a master bedroom with a king size bed. The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bathroom is located conveniently for the second bedroom and the living room. All bathrooms come stocked with hotel sized amenities! High quality linens are provided for all beds and baths.

Walk down to the river or visit Rockin' R River Rides is only .7 miles away to make accommodations for tubing. The complex has 2 pools, 4 hot tubs, communal charcoal grills and an amazing amount of open green space with beautiful shade trees. It's a perfect place for a picnic!

The host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. You will receive 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

Bring your own tubes and you can get a 20-minute float in by walking 5 minutes over to River Acres Parks off of the Common Street Bridge, get in, and float down to the private Water Wheel Resort riverbank and repeat for free all day long!

**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned, and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premises are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!
