2/2 condo. Sleeps 6. Master: King. 2nd bedroom: 1 Queen 1 Twin. Living Room: Sofa Sleeper. No Pets Allowed. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.
This fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has spectacular views of the the Comal River and Schlitterbahn. The living room has great views of the Comal and features a brand new leather queen sofa bed. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a private bath, as well as a TV. The guest bedroom offers 1 Queen and 1 twin. There is a second bath located conveniently in the hall. Freshly redone kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and new granite countertops flow into the open living room. This homey common area offers wonderful views of the Comal River! All bedrooms and bathrooms come stocked with high quality linens.
This condo has direct access to the River. Jump in your tube and enjoy the day. You are only allowed to have two vehicles at this property. Walk to the Tube Chute, Schlitterbahn and downtown. The closest tube outfitter to this condo is Comal River Toobs which is .2 miles away. This condo is on the second floor and does not have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Guests will be allowed 2 vehicles on premise with parking passes and 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. We also manage unit 317 at this complex, if you have 12 guests these 2 condos are perfect for your group!
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time! To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact Property Manager for pricing details. This property is $1800 per month January through April.

The property was beautiful with comfy furniture and mattresses. The location on the Comal was perfect. We floated two days and would stop off at the condo for lunch and then continued floating the river. There are spots on the river where you can just stand and enjoy the water. The water is very low right now but still very enjoyable. The condo needs a better can opener. LOL! The little one there is pretty hard to use. But the kitchen had everything else we needed. The dishwasher doesn't seem to be working. I did a load of dishes and they didn't get very clean so I don't know what it needs. There are plenty of restaurants near by and grocery stores and we were able to walk to a tube rental business. I will definitely be staying here again!

Last year, we rented a unit in this complex from NB Escapes and had such a wonderful experience... that we did it again! This year, the previous rental was no longer available, but the unit next door (307) was, so we decided to book it. It exceeded our expectations greatly. Beautiful, updated appliances and bathrooms. We had six adults (and two ended up sleeping in the living room), but all agreed that there was plenty of space: we never felt like we were tripping over each other. One of the top reasons we chose this location is, well, the LOCATION. We brought our own toobs and put into the Comal River just steps away from the condo. After an amazing 1.5 hour float, we exited and walked back to the condo (about 10–15-minute walk), then did it all over again and again and again. When we weren't toobing, we could walk to the town square to get breakfast, coffee, dinner, drinks, ice cream, shop, etc. We hardly used our vehicle in the five days we stayed. The other reason we chose to book this trip again is that the team at New Braunfels Escapes is professional and attentive. They make is easy for us to enjoy a relaxing vacation, while they take care of the details. We received a few texts from them during our stay to check if we had everything we needed. They made sure door and gate codes were ready and waiting when we got into town. The property has designated covered parking spots close to the units and security officers who were very visible and friendly. AC was running and the unit cooled before we arrived (during a heat wave, so this is very important!). The unit is clean, neat, and comfortably furnished. The property is nicely manicured with picnic tables and grills (we grilled fajitas one night!). It was a fabulous long weekend! We loved everything about our experience. We will be back again, and we have recommended NB Escapes to our friends (and the random toobers who looked jealously at us chillin' on the riverbank as they floated by). This is our happy

Took my grandkids to the river for summer vacation. PRO: The condo is a great location. CON: When we arrived at the condo it was extremely HOT inside. They should have turned down the A/C knowing that we were coming. We burned up the first night!!! Didn't get any sleep. The A/C doesn't go below 70 degrees which is ridiculous. With it being 103 outside during the day. The second night was cooler but we had to go out and buy a box fan for the master bedroom. It's really hot back there. They has a tall fan that was broken at the base and it DID NOT put out any air. They need to provide a box fan. I don't understand why they have the temp of the A/C blocked from turning it down. Your best sleep is at 67 degrees. We did not get much sleep while we were because of the A/C. They also only had one cereal bowl. Had to go out and buy bowls for the kids. They only have four plates availbale and styrofoam plates that were so cheap. The silverware looked like my grandkids play set that came with there play dishes. They could at least provide better silverware. AGAN, we had to go out and buy plastic ware. If you don't mind sleeping when it's warm at night then this is the place for you.
