very clean. Host had prepared Christmas tree and welcome pack. Facilities generally as described.
mattress in 3rd bedroom had a depression so not as comfortable, other two rooms fine. No manual of instructions. Only two saucepans (tho 3 frying pans) and only one serving dish. Old rusting cars of neighbour right next to property! [also the photo of a swimming pool in the booking.com photos of the property was not anything to do with the house]
