The apartment is located on the third floor of a historic building without a lift, and already climbing the stairs you can perceive the authentic charm of the past, perfectly balanced, however, by interiors completely renovated with taste and attention to detail. The fine finishes, the parquet floors and the modern-style furnishings create an elegant, welcoming and functional environment. Each space has been designed to offer a pleasant and relaxing stay, without sacrificing any comfort.
The living area is large and bright, with a perfect lounge to relax after a day discovering the wonders of Florence. Here there is also a comfortable double sofa bed, which allows you to increase the total capacity up to six people without sacrificing space and comfort. The modern and well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook and share convivial moments, offering everything you need (oven, dishwasher, microwave).
The two bedrooms offer versatile and comfortable solutions: one with a double bed, furnished with sober and elegant taste, the other with two single beds, perfect for friends or children. The two bathrooms, both with shower, are modern and practical, ideal for ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

The apt was clean, comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed. Our host gave us some great restaurant recommendations. I would stay here again. The only tricky part was the key to the door.

The apartment and location are lovely.. large apartment for Florence. It is as it seems from the photos with a modern look and nice spaces and furniture. The beds were comfortable. It's on the 3rd floor and no elevator, which is to be expected in Florence, but good to know if you have any trouble with stairs. The only reason I didn't give this a 5-star review is because there was no hot water the whole time we stayed (4 nights). We had 3 women (in our 40s) staying there and couldn't take a comfortable shower the whole time. The owner knew the hot water wasn't working when we arrived but didn't tell us until after we had gotten in and lugged our bags upstairs. The plumber couldn't make it until after we left, so after the 1st night they said they could move us to a different Vrbo which was smaller and further from where we wanted to be (it was a one bedroom, one bath instead of two/two). I told them we did not want to move to a smaller / further away place so we would stay but asked if we could use the shower once in the other apartment but they said no. I asked if there was anywhere else we could shower at least once over the 4 days and they said that we had already made our choice to stay. They gave us a small refund but it wasn't enough to even cover one night in a decent hotel. I would recommend staying here but just be sure they have checked that the hot water works!!
