About this chalet rental
Magnificent charming semi-detached chalet in a triplex, fully renovated, with awning and private entrance, ski-in/ski-out and sauna: Grand Paradis Chalet
Fantastic semi-detached chalet with its own independent entrance and awning. It is located in the highly appreciated Falaise neighborhood, on the right wing of the intimate residence: Le Neva
Its location 200m from the underground parking and station reception provides easy access for all travelers on departure/arrival day. You can enjoy the Portes du Soleil domain with ski-in/ski-out access (arrival and departure simply from the chalet entrance).
With a pleasant surface and high-end equipment, with its independent entrance you will feel like you are staying in a chalet:
- Spacious entrance with a bench to take off shoes, storage spaces for ski equipment and electric shoe dryer.
- In the basement, thanks to the stairs, you will access the wellness area with a pleasant Sauna and its shower
- In the continuity of the entrance on the left, you will find 2 rooms in a row: a first one composed of 2 bunk beds, and a second one also with 2 bunk beds. The 2 spaces are separated by a sliding door.
- On the right, you will find a pleasant double room
- Comfortable bathroom with bathtub, sink unit and its mirror
- Second bathroom with WC and shower
- A laundry room near the entrance will allow you to wash and dry your laundry during your stay: equipped with washing machine + dryer
Upstairs:
- The staircase on the ground floor will lead you to the living space where you will find an open equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living room area with a sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV and access to a south-east facing balcony with a magnificent view of the station and ski slopes.
- Separate toilet with washbasin
- The master suite is spacious and has a shower, a vanity unit with its mirror (3rd bathroom). Storage space and a double bed nestled in the sloping ceiling.
The apartment can accommodate up to 8 vacationers.
NON-SMOKING APARTMENT / NO PETS ALLOWED
You will have access to the entire chalet.
Our entire team is on site during your stay in case of need.
The Falaise neighborhood is highly appreciated for its proximity to the parking lot and the station reception. You can easily access the ski slopes from the apartment, and many shops are located at the foot of the building: supermarket, bakery, stores & restaurant.
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the parking lot you can reach the apartment directly on foot (100m from the resort reception)

Emplacement idéal voir stratégique, proche de toutes les commodités, des pkgs et du centre de la station, véritable petit chalet indépendant très bien équipé et décoré, lits confortables, petit balcon avec vue sur la station, on a vraiment passé une très belle semaine. Chalet parfait pour 4 personnes ! Merci à Johann qui a été très pro et réactif sur le processus de réservation mais également très souple et disponible pendant le séjour notamment pour l’organisation de cours de Snowboard dont on a pu aménager les horaires en fonction de la météo !!! Enfin, même si ce n'est pas l'objet de ce post, un immense merci à Céline, monitrice du Avoriaz Snowboard School, qui a fait faire d'immense progrès à ma fille de 11 ans ainsi qu'à Guido qui nous a fait grimper en haut de la montagne pour une descente de quelques minutes de bonheur dans la poudreuse !!!
