It offers five superb room of 100 sq.m on the second floor (there is a lift leading directly to the apartment) that can accommodate 8 people. It is ideally located in Avoriaz, District of the cliffs, ski-in/ski-out. It is just a few steps away from a roofed parking space and the shops.

Appartement de belle taille bien distribué et bien localisé.
Belle vue mais pas de large baie vitré donc, sauf à rester debout sur le balcon, pas vraiment possible d’en profiter donc à ne pas considérer lors de la location
Appartement qui de doute évidence a coûté une petite fortune à ses propriétaires pourtant, pas de rallonge, de machine à café pour faire un cafe filtre, d’appareil à fondue.
Appartement TrRES sale. Passer 3 heures à nettoyer l’appartement en arrivant n’était pas prévu.
Cheminée en état de fonctionnement mais en fait ne fonctionne pas. Je loue des biens avec cheminée tous les ans et c’est la première fois que je passe mon temps à gaver la cheminée d’allume-feu pour maintenir le feu. A ne pas considérer lors de la location.
