About this house rental
If you’re looking for a comfortable space to unwind look no further. Perfectly placed within walking distance of many Newquay attractions as well as being close to the South West Coast Path guests love its location.
Ebb and Flow is more than just a house, it’s a place where you can feel at home on holiday, what are you waiting for?
The space
The house is perfectly located with 180 degree views of the Gannel Estuary and surrounding countryside.
It’s a short walk to Trenance Boating Lake, as well as Newquay town centre and its beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars and shops. Other beautiful places including Holywell beach (famous for being in Poldark) and Crantock beach are within 10 minutes drive.
Inside, all the rooms are light, airy and clean. Sleeping 4 there are several spaces for guests to enjoy, including watching the ever changing Gannel River and sunsets from the front terrace. There are two dedicated parking spaces to the rear of the property and lots of on street parking near to the property too.
Guests can enjoy the whole house to themselves as well as a fenced back garden area and front garden terrace.
We like to offer guests that little bit extra when it comes to communication and are available for any questions or special requests to enhance your stay!

The property is beautifully put together. The host has gone to great efforts with lots of little touches that make all the difference. It is a little oasis, so peaceful and comfortable - a perfect place to go to relax and unwind, whether you're going with family, friends or alone. The host has been amazing throughout. Great communication, warm and welcoming. 100% recommend and we all would like to visit again
