Beaches walk, Newquay
Two bed property by the beach and close to town, with easy access to many of cornwall's attractions.
3-4 night breaks from £325.00, 7 nights from £350.00, We are dog and child friendly, with a very well maintained house, and free parking for at least two cars. WiFi to all rooms.
In the lounge diner there is a 43" smart TV , and a lovely wood burner for the winter evenings.
There is a fully fitted kitchen, with everything you should need to make your holiday home feel like home.
Upstairs there are two triple rooms each with a double and single beds, new bathroom with a decent shower over the bath,
Unfortunately there are some apartments being built opposite, so although we have lost alot of the view we once had it is still only a 3 minute walk to the beach. And you can still see the sea.
There are lots of beautiful walks right from the door, whether it's up the coast path to Pentire headland, and back down along the river Gannel with the most amazing views, or down to the beach and along to the shops and restaurants at Fistral beach then up on to Towan headland for more stunning views of the whole of Newquay bay. All the walks and most of the beaches are dog friendly all year round too.

We were staying for 10 nights. The location is lovely just by Fistral beach, lovely walks and the absolutely wonderful The Ghannel with beautiful sceneries, nice café Fern Pit and more. We had a lovely stay and the walk in to town is so beautiful. Nice neighbours and nice host! We did not want to go home! We are a family of 6 and the kids are 7, 9, 13 and 15. We did not use a car and it all worked out fine by foot! Highly recommended!

Second time of staying here.. perfect location for fistral beach .. walking distance to town .. house clean comfy nice bed linen .. sun trap garden ..would stay next time in Cornwall Good communication from owners

We loved being so close to the sea and found the house very spacious and comfortable.It was really easy to walk to Fistral beach or out to the cliffs. We would definitely like to stay again.

Lovely house, 5 minute walk to Fistral (great surf) and 10 minute walk to the Gannel (great dog walking). House was very clean and Eddy was very easy to communicate with.
