About this cottage rental
In the heart of the Ognon Valley, in a village with quality shops (local produce, etc.), near Pesmes (castle, royal house... one of the most beautiful villages in France) or Marnay, a charming town offering a wide range of sports and leisure activities: canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, hiking on the Way of St. James, cycling routes, the Hugier vineyards, and the "Acorus" water garden in Autoreille. This fully renovated cottage is located in Montagney, in one of the outbuildings of Château Terrier de Santans, in the heart of a magnificent one-hectare park.
The stay is offered at an all-inclusive rate: beds made upon arrival, utilities included, towels provided, and end-of-stay cleaning included.
On the ground floor:
– A fully equipped kitchen.
– A living/dining room with a double sofa bed and TV.
– Direct access to the terrace.
– A separate toilet.
– A laundry room.
Upstairs:
– A bedroom with two 90cm beds.
– A bedroom with a 160cm bed.
– A modern shower room.
– A toilet.
Outside:
– A shaded terrace with garden furniture, parasol, and sun loungers.
– One-hectare park.
