2 of the 3 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms.

Primary bedroom #1 has king bed and en-suite bathroom and access to front patio.
Primary bedroom #2 has cal king bed and en-suite bathroom and access to front patio.
Third bedroom has a cozy queen bed, located on main living floor.
Large loft area with two twins and a queen bed.
Outdoor areas:
Enjoy outdoor areas on every level.
On ground floor, enclosed front patio is private (not shared) with gorgeous ocean views.
Enjoy pretty garden, teak dining table, umbrella and BBQ.
On the second floor off main living area, the “coffee porch” is a favorite spot for our guests to gather.
On third floor, roof deck has stunning 360 degree views of beach, bay, and Belmont Park.
Heating & Cooling:
Please be aware there is NO Air conditioning in the home.
There are plenty of ceiling fans and standing fans.
There is central heat in the unit during cooler months
For our younger guests:
Two Portable cribs, high chairs, built-in baby gates
Beach toys, books, board games, puzzles
Other things to note
Need more room? If your group is larger than 10, inquire about “The Dollhouse,” the two bedroom guest apartment above the garage. This charming space, originally built in the 1930’s can sleep an additional 4-5 guests.

Family trip for wedding and always the beach....This house was great for size, location and very well stocked. Property manager was very easy to reach also. Thanks for the hospitality.

We stayed at the Whalen house for our escape from the Montana snow. The house was perfect for our family of five and we had room to spare. It was less than a minute from the beach and there were plenty of beach chairs, towels, and toys. The roof top patio was a great bonus and a nice way to finish the day. You won't be disappointed if you choose this house for your stay in Mission Beach.
