Привітний персонал, зручне ліжко та подушки, в помешканні чисто, є всі необхідна побутова техніка (мікрохвильова піч, кавоварка, чайник, плита, холодильник), є паркувальні місця для авто прямо під будинком. Власна ванна кімната. Гарне розташування, поруч є все необхідне, автобусна зупинка, магазини, заправка до авто, тощо. До Венеції рукою подати)
Були невеликі проблеми з холодною водою, а точніше її майже не було. Була лише гаряча вода, що дивно)

Casa molto ampia e spaziosa dotata di tutti i comfort disponibili. La cucina e il salone sono alloggi in comune ma abbiamo avuto l occasione di non aver altri coinquilini quindi ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio. La camera da letto divisa dal bagno erano molto confortevoli e piacevoli. Localizzata vicino ad un supermercato molto pratico e comodo e ad un 15 minuti dalla stazione
Non era dotata di una TV con antenna sia nella camera da letto che nella sala in comune, dove per fortuna era presente una TV smart che tramite collegamento WiFi e account personale è stato possibile allietare il tempo durante il soggiorno.

Spacious apartment with good facilities for cooking, a bathroom and living space. Decent access to Venice island via bus or 15-20 minutes walk to the train station.
The apartment was marketed as "private bathroom" but it was shared/ available to others of unlocked. There weren't many cooking utensils available. The bathroom had a weird smell and the toilet didn't flush properly. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. The shower should be moved to the corner of the bath or a shower curtain placed in front otherwise water goes everywhere. Check in was difficult and the staff did not provide proper instructions prior to arrival. The apartment was difficult to locate properly. No fault of the apartment but the other guests staying were loud and up late which disturbed other guests.
