Es simplemente maravilloso. La ubicación es buenísima con vistas espectaculares. Amplitud y mucha luz en toda la casa. Está muy bien equipada, Nos sorprendió gratamente todos los detalles del anfitrión. Pocas casas son tan detallistas con amenities y equipación de la casa y está esta es perfecta. El anfitrión Otton fue también muy amable con nosotras. Nos ayudó en todo y nos puso facilidades de entrada y salida. Fu especialmente atento y nos encantó su casa. Lo recomendó 100%. Éramos un grupo de 7 amigas y todo fue PERFECTO

We spent a wonderful Easter break with the family at the villa. Beautiful interiors, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and utility room, gorgeous views from the main enormous terrace and from a smaller one in one of the bedrooms, lots of lovely small touches and beautiful plants. It was the ideal property for a large multi-generational group with multiple spacious common areas, both indoors and outdoors, and some bedrooms more tucked away and quieter, so some of us could stay up without bothering the others. The host was superb, communicative and welcoming. He greeted us with wine and chocolates, arranged a much earlier check in to accommodate us after an early morning flight and we could check out late on the last date, which was very appreciated. When we discovered a problem with one of the showers, the plumber came to fix it straightaway. A lovely small beach within minutes from the house and several small shops and a bakery across the road. Everything exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience!

What an amazing property! Truly special with everything you could need for a great holiday. Our group were blown away by the facilities, the location, the splendid art work but most especially, the welcome. Otton and his family really care for their guests and go above and beyond to ensure their guests feel right at home. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property. Facilities around the apartment are great with The Old Town a short stroll downhill, restaurants and shops on the doorstep and the most splendid small swimming beach mere steps away. We found ourselves spending time in the apartment as it was so comfortable- lazy breakfasts out on the patio, card games in the spacious lounge, drinks on the upper patio ….. we simply weren’t there long enough !!!! Check in and check out was simple with lots of goodies left for us on our arrival Thank you so much 😊

Our four days in this beautiful villa far exceeded our expectations. It is definitely the BEST, nicest place we have ever stayed. The owners are very, very special and made us feel welcome in their stunning home with a lovely bottle of wine, some chocolates and delicious fruit. The whole villa was absolutely spotless and stylishly furnished with beautiful artwork. There are four large double bedrooms (the bed linen was heaven!) and three modern bathrooms. Lots of lovely spaces to sit inside with full air con in every room. The terrace outside has the most stunning views of the sea. We spent almost our entire time sitting there in the sun, it was absolute bliss! The villa was so fabulous we didn't need to go out so we spent our evenings eating in (the kitchen has everything you need) and enjoying the peaceful space. If you do want to go out (i)jJust a few minutes away are the steps to the beach. This beach is amazing for snorkelling, jumping off rocks and sunbathing! (ii)The ancient city is 5 mins in an uber (iii)The port where we hired a catamaran for the day is 10 mins away. There are also supermarkets and bakeries and restaurants less than 1 minute walk from the villa. So THANK YOU to Otton, Noa and Lo for making our time in Dubrovnic truly special! We are forever grateful for our magical time in your villa which we will remember forever x
