- Nur ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden, obwohl in der Anzeige die Rede von mehreren Parkplätzen war. Das Angebot entsprach nicht der Realität. Die Auskunft über andere Parkmöglichkeiten war danach auch nicht gerade hilfreich.
- SEHR wichtige Informationen kommen erst nach der Buchung. zB. dass die Nachbarn problematisch sind, dass wir den Abfall selber korrekt zu entsorgen haben, dass nur ein Parkplatz vorhanden ist ect. Hätten wir diese Infos schon im Voraus gehabt, hätten wir besser gewusst, auf was wir uns da einlassen.
- Dass die Nachtruhestörung als Grund zur Stornierung unserer Ferien ihrerseits mehrmals erwähnt wird, setzt extrem unter Druck! Da kann man die Ferien gar nicht richtig geniessen.
- Zu viele E-mails und Whatsapp Nachrichten.
- TVs liefen nur teilweise
- Türe klemmt -> anstatt zu telefonieren, sollten sie das nächste Mal lieber vorbei gehen und helfen.
