Great shower, comfortable beds and responsive staff. Easy access to trains which made quick trips throughout Zurich.
No A/C. It was extremely hot and hard to sleep comfortably. Once we realized and closed windows/shades early and then opened up in evening made a difference. It would be nice to have directions for washer in English.

Perfect location, close to the train station and the airport. Clean and functional. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals and the washing machine was helpful. It's a great crash pad if you don't spend much time in the apartment and are out and about.
It's not much more than a crash pad. Nothing about it makes you want to hang out in the apartment — it's just not that comfortable or charming. It works if that's all you need, but it doesn't make you look forward to coming back. There's also no elevator, so carrying heavy suitcases to the 4th floor was strenuous. I should have read the listing more carefully, but be prepared, especially if you're traveling with young children.
