Location was excellent. Only a 10 minute walk to the centre. On the whole the apartment was very clean.
The apartment itself was comfortable, but there were a few issues that affected the overall stay.
Building materials were still present in the entrance vestibule, as mentioned in reviews from June last year. This created a potential trip hazard and there was some noise from ongoing construction work.
Unfortunately, the smell of cigarette smoke was noticeable throughout the apartment, which I suspect came from other residents in the building.
On arrival, the dishwasher was not working, and there was no tea towel provided to dry dishes, so I was told I had to purchase one.
It would have been helpful to have a physical welcome pack with local information and the WiFi code printed out. I had to request this, which was only a minor inconvenience.
There was no key provided to access the balcony.
The list of penalties, and several warning notices throughout the apartment, with amounts in euros for breaking various rules such as making noise due to elderly neighbours nearby, was understandable, but it did make the stay feel less relaxed and somewhat restrictive.
If these issues were addressed, I would consider staying here again.

très bon emplacement, proche du centre ville.(5 min a pied)
bonne literie dans les 3 chambres.
disponibilité de l'hote (entreprise) pour resoudre les problème rencontres
appartement mal entretenu.
odeurs d'égouts
pas d'extraction d'air dans les pièces d'eaux
armoires sales que nous avons nettoyé
terrasse dégueulasse que j'ai nettoyé
murs, interrupteurs, canapés tapis tachés, sales.
manque de la vaisselle : assiettes, bols, pas de torchon.
des placards de la cuisines ne ferment pas ou n'existe plus (le panneau qui ferme l'accès a la chaudière tenait avec la table a repasser qui appuyait dessus.
odeur de cigarettes tous les matins.
bruits de l'appartement situé au dessus : aucune isolation phonique.
pour les nuits chaudes : 2 ventilateurs pour 3 chambres
ampoule d'une lampe de chevet cassée, morceaux de plastique au dessus d'une armoire (jouets?), tiroir supérieur de la SDB HS.
pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre dans la plus petite chambre (uniquement en oscillo-battant)
fuite d'eau au plafond de la salle de bain : résolu le 2 ème jour.
coupure d'électricité et donc d'eau chaude 3 fois pendant t le séjour (manipulation très bien décrite par notre hote pour rétablir tout ça).
une équipe de ménage est passée le 3eme jour.la TV a également été changée (on ne l'a regarde pas). Les toiles d'araignées n'ont pas été dérangées.
Les photos sur site correspondent au logement après rénovation. plus aujourd'hui.
Le prix est stratosphérique par rapport a l'état de ce logement.
