Location is excellent. The building shouts historic Ghent - outdoor space great for summer. Flat very clean, well equipped and everything worked - fans in bedrooms which tried their best in a May heatwave (30+). Lift a bonus for luggage.
The location is fantastic but comes with late night bars below - If you don't want to enjoy the city at night (we did), and are a light sleeper maybe not for you in summer when you need the windows open. Key pickup was a lockbox a walk away. However, if driving and parking in town, there is car park that involves only a small detour on the walk in.

Excellent location. Spacious and lovely looking apartment with everything we needed.
We had two nights where we could hear music from a neighbouring club. It was a low beat that went on until the early hours of the morning. It wasn't loud because the windows are well sealed but it was a little annoying.
