Location, location, location! The beautiful sandy beach is just across the street—very clean, calm and perfect for families with children. (We actually liked it more than Falassarna Beach.) From the two spacious balconies, you can enjoy lovely sea views. The property itself is spotless, the AC works perfectly, and everything—from the furniture and beds to the bathrooms, dinnerware, appliances—is in excellent condition. Sam, the host, and his father are incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. His father also happens to be an excellent backgammon player! Chania, and Crete in general, are absolutely beautiful.

Our family loved our stay at this inviting Cretan villa, mere steps from a gorgeous beach we couldn’t get enough of. The brand-new amenities, like a beautifully updated kitchen, along with the hosts’ warm hospitality, created a perfect family escape. We’re already dreaming of our next trip back to this wonderful retreat!

The property was absolutely beautiful spacious, modern, and very clean. The layout was perfect for relaxing, with a comfortable living area and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was ideal, close to the beach, restaurants, and local shops, yet still quiet and peaceful. The large windows and balcony offered plenty of natural light and a great view. Everything was exactly as pictured, and even better in person.
Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. The only small thing was maybe WIFI strength, Otherwise, everything exceeded our expectations.
