To ensure compliance, we have implemented extensive security measures including outdoor cameras, video doorbells, as well as noise, smoke, and party crowd event detectors within each property. Any violation of these rules, resulting in the activation of any detector, will lead to immediate eviction without the option of a refund. We extend courtesy and respect to all our guests and expect the same in return for our properties.
Charges and penalties:
1. Early check-in(1 pm)— 50$ (after the request is approved - not guaranteed).
Late check-out - 25$ each 30min. after 11 am.
2. We are a residential, not commercial building. Doing commercial business - 300$ fine and immediate cancelation without any refund.
4. No parties allowed. Fine 1000$ and immediate cancellation without any refund.
5. Smoking is not allowed. Fine 1000$ for smoking inside the apartment.
6. Pets are not allowed. Penalty 1500$.
