We operate under a rental arbitrage model and carry fixed costs including rent and daily operational expenses for each property. Because of this, we cannot afford to leave the home vacant, and therefore cannot offer refunds or date changes after the reservation has started.

Please be aware that if you order items small enough to fit in the mailbox, they may be delivered there, and you will not be able to retrieve them.
