This property is within excellent walking distance of University Nevada Reno and all of its athletic facilities -the purpose for which we traveled. The house was clean, and the host was proactive about communicating availability and details for checking in and out easily. However, the house could still use some work to create more lighting, finish caulking around sink fixtures, and eliminate ants (noticeable problem in bathrooms and kitchen). A few finishing touches like hand soap by all the sinks, more bath towels and providing any kitchen linens would be helpful, too.
