A renovated and decorated space, located on the 4th floor of a typical Annecy building (without lift), with the entrance on Rue Carnot, a cobbled pedestrian street.

The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable, bright and quiet stay, in the heart of Annecy.

Downstairs: living room, kitchen, bathroom (shower and toilets)
Upstairs: bedroom and toilets

IN THE SURROUNDING AREA

Almost literally in front of the building's entrance, you will find a café/restaurant, a bakery and one of the best cheese dairy in town.

Within seconds walking distance, there is a chemist, newspaper shop and tobacconist.

Within less than 5 minutes walking distance, you will reach the Bonlieu Cultural Centre and Tourist Information Centre, the Pâquier, the lake and its touristic boats,...

Even though the building is picturesque, the 4th floor FLAT IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE, OR FOR TENANTS WITH BULKY AND/OR HEAVY SUITCASES (narrow stairs).

The maximum height of the bedroom is 1.74m.
KEYS to the flat (along with a visit of the latter) will be handed over by either the host or Sylvie.
Should you wish to get the keys outside the 'official' hours (1pm-8pm), please contact your host PRIOR to booking.

Parking de la Poste : 5 mins
Parking de la Gare / Gare routière : 6 mins
Parking de l’Hôtel de Ville : 6 mins
Parking du Palais de Justice : 6 mins
Parking Sainte-Claire : 8 mins
(This parking is MY FAVOURITE).

Fees are all the same in all parkings.

You can get a Parking Pass:
2-day Pass = €25 / 3-day Pass = €33 / 5-day Pass = €45

To get your Pass, enter your chosen parking normally and once parked, go without delay to the Payment Machine, enter your ticket and request your chosen Pass.

As of the 14th of June 2021, THERE IS NO MORE FREE PARKING IN July and August and very little the rest of the time.

Amongst the nearest FREE open-air Parking :

- Parkings des Marquisats : rue des Marquisats.
- Parking Impérial : avenue d'Albigny.
Both are about 20 minutes walking distances from the flat.
