This charming holiday flat in Bad Kleinkirchheim, Carinthia, is perfect for up to 4 people looking for a break in the mountains. Situated on the first floor, this accommodation offers an ideal base for exploring the surrounding nature. With one bedroom and a bathroom with shower, it is cosy and practically furnished so that guests can immediately feel at home. The flat also has a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, filter coffee machine and kettle.
Another practical feature is the washing machine, which is available for guests' exclusive use in the property to make their stay even more pleasant. The balcony offers a pleasant outdoor area to enjoy the clear mountain air. Although pets are not allowed in this flat, the surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for animal lovers to enjoy the outdoors, and we sell ski passes in winter (including special offers such as Family E....... and Ski Wellness), and the Kärnten Card in summer.
In summer you can buy the "Kärnten Card", a special card that gives you free access to the main attractions of the region. In winter we can offer many special offers for ski passes such as Ski + Spa, "Familien Eu" or "Ski-Thermen-Wochen" (special prices including ski pass and 50% discount on the Römerbad Spa).
The city tax of 2.70 per person / night (for adults only) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash at check-in. We welcome our guests in our office in the village of Bad Kleinkirchheim at Dorfstrsee 49 and accompany them home after completing the registration to illustrate all the little details of the house. Throughout the stay we are at your disposal for any needs and at the end of the holiday we welcome the guests directly in the rented house.the best way to get around Bad Kleinkirchheim is by car, but there is a convenient bus service. In summer, you can use your Region Card (free for every guest) to reach the cable car stations and the spa on the town bus In winter, many ski buses will take you to all the ski slopes.
