About this house rental
This cozy cottage in rural style is located in the municipality of Mühldorf at the entrance to the Mölltal valley in Carinthia. On the first floor you will find the living room and kitchen, the bathroom and your very private sauna. Via a staircase you reach the two cozy bedrooms, which are located in the mansard. The mainly used building material wood provides a feeling of warmth and security here as well. Especially on colder days, guests will be happy about the warming stove in the living area. The large, fully fenced garden allows your dogs enough run, while you can relax in a deck chair. Up to two pets may be brought along at no extra charge and without prior request. Fishing enthusiasts will get their money's worth especially with fly fishing! Your vacation home is the ideal starting point for sports activities in the area. Hiking and biking trails start almost directly in front of your doorstep, the nearest outdoor pool is only 500m away. Climbing fans from all over the country are drawn to southern Austria's largest indoor climbing facility, "The Rock". Winter can't come soon enough for you? Then the Mölltaler Glacier is the right place for you: In this all-year skiing area you have up to 3 slopes at your disposal even in summer! A ski room is located about 50 meters away with dryer for ski clothes and ski boots.

Die Hütte ist gut, wenn man im Urlaub auf Luxus verzichten kann und auch das eine oder andere Manko übersehen kann. Im Grunde ist alles Notwendige da, aber nicht alles ist optimal. Preis und Leistung sind halt „angemessen“. Die Küche ist sparsam ausgestattet. Die Mikrowellenanzeige funktioniert auf Verdacht. Die Spülmaschine ist von geringer Qualität. Das Beladen war eine Herausforderung. Die Gläser purzeln bei jeder Bewegung der Auszüge herum. Der Garten ist vom Haus aus leider nicht direkt begehbar, so dass unser junger Hund wegen der vorbeiführenden Straße am zügig befahrenen Hang immer erst angeleint werden musste, wenn es raus ging. Insgesamt haben wir uns (vor allem die Kinder) mehrere Splitter aus dem Holzfussboden und der Haustür zugezogen. Die Gartenmöbel sind leider auch mit Verletzungspotential versehen. Schrauben stehen raus und Stühle sind ein handgeschraubtes Sammelsurium. Die Gartengestaltung sei dahingestellt… Die offenbar handgefertigte Jeansdeko - vor allem der Couch - hat uns nicht zum Verweilen eingeladen. Ich hatte das Gefühl, auf einem Berg fremder Hosen zu sitzen. Auch die aufgehängte Jeans an der Garderobe ist zwar eine witzige Idee, aber für einen Gast erweckt dies (aus unserer Sicht) kein gutes Gefühl. Ein Stellplatz ist entgegen der Darstellung nicht am Objekt vorhanden. Die Grundstücksparkgelegenheit führt über eine Betoneinfassung, auf welcher unser BMW mehrfach so aufsaß, dass wir teilweise nur mit wilden Fahrmanövern wieder herauskamen. (Tiefergelegt ist der Wagen nicht.) Das Alternativangebot der Verwalterin neben einem Hydranten zwei Häuser weiter zu parken, haben wir lieber nicht angenommen. Hinzu kam, dass der Platz regelmäßig von anderen Fahrzeugen belegt war. Die Verwalterin Marlies war ernsthaft bemüht. Die Mängel des Hauses konnte sie jedoch nicht beheben. Wir werden nächstes Mal lieber etwas mehr Geld für unsere Ferienhütte in die Hand nehmen.

Sehr schönes romantisches im Dorf gelegenes Ferienhaus. Sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Es ist ein Cheminee vorhanden leider kein Holz dazu sehr sehr schade. Haben den Urlaub mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr genossen zum Teil eingezäunter Garten kahm uns sehr gelegen. Im Oktober sind zum Teil Bahnen und Attraktionen schon geschlossenen. Wir können dieses Objekt nur weiter empfehlen Ferien im Oktober 2019

Oltre all' esterno dell'allogio molto caratteristico, l'interno, ristrutturato con molto gusto, è particolarmente confortevole. Situato in una zona molto tranquilla, dalla quale si raggiungono facilmente diversi sentieri per escursioni e inoltre a pochi minuti di macchina ci sono dei bellissimi laghi balneabili come il Weissensee e il Millstaettersee
