Tucked away, you will find this welcoming country home on 8 acres surrounded by woods. Just a few minutes from Route 90, Spire, Running Horse Farm, Standing Rock Farms, South River Rd, Route 307, covered bridges, the Grand River, the oldest tavern in Ashtabula County- The Grand River Manor and the all the wonderful wineries! This uniquely styled home has charm, character and charisma! From the wide plank floors, the beamed ceilings, the custom artwork and the quaint features of the back yard, I hope you will feel the love poured into this home! The rocking chairs invite you for some front porch sitting while the back deck over looks the views of peace and serenity. Relax around the firepit, play a game of volleyball, foosball or choose from any of the games offered. The kitchen is fully stocked, including an air fryer and toaster oven. There is a Kenetico water system in place with reverse osmosis for drinking at the kitchen sink. Taxi services are local. Kayak and canoe rentals are near as well as Geneva-on-the-lake, the greenway bike trails, parks, covered bridges, the Ashtabula Harbor, wedding vendues and Hemlock Springs golf course.
