- on level N 1: a large bedroom with a double bed (140) and access to a SOUTH balcony; 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed (3x90).
- On the lower level: a bright living room with lounge area with a pull-out sofa bed (2x90), television, dining area and decorative fireplace; access to a splendid balcony / terrace; independent kitchen with a serving hatch opening onto the living room: electric hob, microwave, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher; WASHING MACHINE ; Independent toilets. Bedding equipped with duvets.
* Private ski locker located in a wooden cupboard next to the front door.
* This splendid half chalet does not have private parking. It is advisable to park in the upper part on a municipal road.
* Animals not accepted. Non-smoking rental.
OUR OPINION: The preferred location for lovers of Notre Dame de Bellecombe: an incomparable view and exposure! The half chalet is located at the foot of the connecting ski slope, departure and return possible by ski when snow conditions permit. A terrace bathed in sunshine in winter and summer. Immediate proximity to shops: in short, a dream vacation awaits you! Note: Access to the chalet by exterior wooden stairs (30).

Notre Dame de Bellecombe is made of several hamlets, each one with its own particularity. Le Lachat, or NDB 1450, is the nicest area of Notre Dame de Bellecombe. Facing SOUTH, you will have the sun all day. It is a quiet and preserved area, with an exceptional open-view on the Mont Rond massif. Attention, car essential.
In summer, you will be close to many paths and will enjoy walking or mountain biking. The chairlift of Mont Rond, opened twice a week, will enable you to have an easy and quick access to the most astonishing views on the Mont Blanc. The lake of Flumet and its games for children are only 9km from the co-ownership.
