Apartment of 95m², (3 bedrooms and sleeps 8) located in the center of the village of Flumet (all amenities nearby), above the bakery / tobacconist, street side and above the parking lot on the other side. The heating is collective.

* Bedroom 1 with 140 bed, large storage capacity,
* Bedroom 2 with 2 beds in 90 stacked which can be joined,
* Access to bedroom 3 by a staircase, Bedroom 3 with 140 cm bed and balcony facing the street (view of Saint Nicolas la Chapelle). Large storage capacity,
* 2 bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower.
Recently renovated and new equipped: Gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge, flat screen TV, ski room.
End of stay cleaning possible at a cost of 50 €.
In winter, slopes 2 km away. A free shuttle, 40 m from the apartment, provides access to the slopes (185 km) and Espace Diamant.
In summer, lake 500 m away.
From the balcony, view of the Aravis.

Bien situé dans flumet. Un côté rue et un côté place donnant sur une très belle vue. Très spacieux. Mais aucune chambre avec intimité. Voisin du dessus très bruyants. Tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine. Manque juste une plaque supplémentaire dans le four. Tout les produits de première nécessité sont à disposition.
Je recommande vraiment cet appartement.

The photos do not do this apartment justice. The kitchen is new and well fitted out. Bathrooms fine- one en suite in the bedroom above the kids room (adults would fit too).Its warm and very convenient for the village, with free parking (one allocated space).Laurence was easy to deal with and resolved effectively a mix up over the initial price quoted. Wed stay again.
