The staff were truly kind and helpful - definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The apartment was also very clean, which we really appreciated.
The biggest issue we had was with entering and exiting the building, especially the garage. There's no intercom or easy way to request access - you have to let the staff know in advance that you're leaving, and they will open the garage remotely once they spot you on the camera. We had to wait quite a while on two occasions, even though we were in a rush. It was quite inconvenient and could definitely be improved.
