Beautiful view from the balcony of the room. Good location, parking available.
We didn’t stay in the accommodation we originally booked. When we arrived, the host sent us a different location via WhatsApp, saying he was “upgrading” our room. When we got to the new place (Monte Perla Residence), there was no one there, and we had to wait for some time. Communication with the host during check-in was unpleasant: he didn’t speak English and was rather rude (instead of simply pointing out the exact parking spot, he made me get out of the car and search for it myself).
Upon check-in, it turned out that the “better accommodation” was just a studio room without a proper kitchen or dining table. In addition, the light in the bathroom didn’t work for almost a whole day, so we had to shower in complete darkness. Only on the second day did the host replace the bulb (I wonder how they prepared the room for guests?).
We also expected a washing machine (the original listing included one), but there wasn’t any. Overall, the apartment was in poor condition and in need of renovation. We were not satisfied with our stay and were glad that we stayed only two nights.
