We stayed on the top floor and the apartments highlight was definitely the balkony. On there you can see the sea, Budva city, people watch in the evenings and how the sun sets in the mountains. The air conditioning worked really well and made the rooms nice and cool. The kitchen was well equipped, we were able to prepare ourselves breakfasts and lunches. The rooms furnishing is simple and a little bit oldschool, but everything is clean and tidy. The hosts were really warm and kind. They made sure you always had a parking spot in front of the house. We stayed for four nights and since it is an apartement we didn't expect room cleaning or towel changes. But that is exactly what they did. It was really nice. The flowers, plants and grape vines create a beautiful atmosphere.
If you have a problem with stairs, then there is a lot of them to the beach. But you should take that into account when travelling to mountainous areas.
The only problem for us was the wifi. In our room it wasn't working at all.

During our stay of several day's we experienced the following:
A pleasant, beautiful, modern, clean, well-equipped guesthouse!
The bed was excellent for sleeping/resting.
The wi-fi was excellent!
The beach is a bit far from here.
