If you just want a bed for the night and a good price for Dublin, this is a decent place. I didn't actually see the owners even though the room is in their house. Security was good and access info was good, although the house numbers in the road are a bit random. 7-8 mins from train into Dublin. I would probably say a good one night stop over but you'd need something more private for a two or more night stay.
Shower took time to heat up.

Locatie is ver buiten het centrum maar prima met de tram (Luas).
De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Duur voor wat je ervoor krijgt. In de omschrijving staat kitchen area maar die is er niet.
Gehorig doordat eigenaar en gezin er ook is en veel in en buiten huis geluid maakte.
