The home inside was clean and lovely with amazing views. Very quiet and cozy inside. The property is not being maintained well on the outside which impacts cleanliness of stay. Example..when opened windows debris/bugs inside of screen, moss growing on windows, lower covered deck had debris and bugs. Loved inside, outside needs some attention.

We loved our weeklong stay at the lake house in July. When it was foggy and windy at the beach it was usually sunny at the lake. The dock makes a nice spot to sit and enjoy the sun, swim, kayak, and paddle board (we brought our own chairs and paddle boards). The downstairs bed was comfortable and the hideaway mattress in the loft was pretty good compared to most. It is a bit of a drive on the narrow, curvy road to get to Haceta beach or Florence from the house, but we didn't mind, and it was nice to be away from the summer crowds. The kitchen had everything that we needed for cooking and we enjoyed sitting on the decks in the mornings and evenings. There are stunning views of the lake from almost every part of the house. Just be prepared for a LOT of stair climbing to get around the house and get to the dock. In my opinion the stairs were worth it for the views.

It was super quiet here and the view from the decks was amazing. We had a great time, but we have a couple things for future guests to be aware of. The parking space is limited. The picture makes it look like there is a lot of room, but there is really only room for one car unless you are driving something smaller than a Dodge Charger. While the home is listed as pet friendly, there really is no where for you to take you dog to do their business except the one lane road used to get to the house, so keep that in mind. And last, yes, the drive to the house can be a bit adventurous. Narrow winding road most of the way, a one lane bridge near the end, and a one lane road to the house after the bridge. So drive slow and watch as far ahead as possible to see if anyone is coming from the other direction. Even with that in mind, we would definitely come here again.

View is outstanding and patio furniture good quality. Kitchen well equipped and easy to use...Bedroom one level, kitchen middle level(where one enters the home) and family room up above. The bed is VERY HIGH. The living space on the middle level is very small - one chair and one loveseat. No TV available without going up or down.
