Chestnut Cottage in Wetwang near Driffield, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.
Chestnut Cottage, a terraced holiday home, consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, and kettle, a dining room with dining seating and a sitting room with TV and with multi-fuel stove stove. back boiler which heats water from the log burner and fills radiators etc, also plug in electric heaters. The bedrooms consist of a double and single. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, and basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent (starter pack of coal and wood in Autumn/Winter). Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, and furniture and roadside parking for one car. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. The radiators are fuelled by the fire. They need to all be on 3 or under so not to boil the system. Heaters will be provided upstairs and downstairs in winter, which will easily heat up the house on a steady temperature. Please ensure they are switched off when vacating the cottage. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Roadside parking for 1 car. Enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome.
