Tucked away on the peaceful shores of Douglas Lake in historic Dandridge, TN, this spacious home is perfect for family vacations in any season, with deep discounts during the cooler months!

Start your mornings with coffee on the large deck, soaking in stunning views of the calm lake while birds sing and blue herons fish along the shore. Keep an eye out for deer grazing quietly in the yard—a magical moment for kids and grownups alike.

There’s something here for all ages! Splash in the lake, take out one of our kayaks or paddleboards, or swim right off the dock. Got your own boat? Bring it along—we’ve got a private dock just waiting for you.

Love to fish? So do we! Cast a line right from the dock—one of the Bassmaster Tournament’s top catches was made right here in our cove. We provide poles, and gear is available nearby at Lakeway Market & Deli
Whether it’s spring fishing, summer lake days, fall colors, or cozy winter moments, every season at Paradise Point brings new ways to connect and enjoy family time. And with high-speed fiber optic internet, you can even mix in a little remote work or online learning without missing a moment of the fun. Douglas Lake does get drained between roughly Oct-April (Water level changes frequently, we recommend researching projected lake levels of your reservation prior to booking). The lake is accessible year round you may just have to walk a few 100ft in the dry lake bed until you get closer to main channel that will always have water. Feel free to bring the kayaks or fishing gear with you!

Great house, great location and the home decor made us feel so welcomed. Missing the lake water but so cool to see the deer around the lake.

We stayed at this home with our Sale Creek Fishing Team and it was absolutely perfect! The boys had a blast — from video games, to getting schooled in cards at the game table, to relaxing in the hot tub. And the view… truly breathtaking.The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our whole crowd, which made meals easy. Parking for trucks pulling boats was a little challenging at first, but honestly it added to the fun. We made great memories (and had plenty of laughs) watching the dads back those boats down the long driveway. Totally doable!Be sure to watch for the deer — we loved seeing them wander by each evening while we relaxed on the porch.Highly recommend this home for families, teams, and anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with lots of fun built in!
