Bring your family and friends to enjoy spacious decks, an outdoor hearth, patios, a gazebo, and a hot tub. Enjoy the lake with a gentle slope to the water! Close to Sevierville, Gatlinburg, and Smokey Mountain National Park. The water level on Douglas Lake can fluctuate during the winter. It’s controlled by the TVA.

Enjoyed the spacious living areas, game room and bedrooms. Had 15 people and never felt crowded. Enjoyed seeing a flock of wild turkeys visit the property on Thanksgiving and a couple deer. The number of bathrooms was nice although some needed maintenance attemtion. The property management was great and quick to address and minor issues that we experienced. Overall, we enjoyed our first Thanksgiving family trip there.

This property is awesome - clean, beautiful design, and in a perfect location close to everything (considering its right on the lake). The host went above and beyond to accomodate our needs, making us feel truly welcome and cared for throughout the stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
