Open-space concept kitchen creates a feeling of spaciousness in the living area, offering a large kitchen bar, fully equipped and with top quality appliances . The living room opens onto the large private terrace, perfect for sunbathing or relax at the jacuzzi. The terrace has heaters on the ceiling so you can enjoy it even at night. Oh, and don’t forget the condominium facilities, outdoor pool and gym, landscaped gardens and private parking! This is where you want to be if you feel like relaxing.

Please lock bedroom doors when opening terrace doors, as the strong draft could cause them to slam shut.
Please remove cushions from hammocks if you will be away from home for an extended period to prevent them from getting wet in case of rain.
DAMAGE COSTS AND PREDETERMINED ADDITIONAL FEES
Late (unapproved) check-out: €150
Loss of keys or damage to the entrance lock: €250 (the lock must be replaced entirely); if not, €125. Damage to the key set: €50
Smoking on the property: €300.00
Misuse of the Jacuzzi, requiring extraordinary maintenance or water replacement and treatment: €500.00
Guests must respect community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels and not smoking.
