At heart of the wine-growing Beaujolais, stop-over/group gîte on wine estate just 1.5 km from the center of Fleurie. Located in the same building as owners' house, lovely open views of the vineyards. Ground-floor : large living room (it can accommodate up to 38 people, wine cellar style) with lounge area, wood-burning stove, TV. Fully fitted kitchen (semi-professional standard). Upstairs : lobby (coat hooks, shoe cupboard), 3 chalet style bedrooms (4 single beds) (4 single beds) (double bed, 2 single beds), each with en-suite facilities (shower, washbasin, separate WC). Cot on request. Cleaning at the end of stay included in rent. Outdoors: wooden deck with outdoor furniture (on same level as bedrooms). Toilet block (WC, washbasin, washing machine). Courtyard, wooden garden furniture, parking area, boules alley, large shared garden (1000 sq.m), private heliport on property (46° 12' 02'' - E 04° 41' 23''). Guests may be welcomed with a guided tour of farm (Terra Vitis sustainable viticulture) and tasting if interested. On site, 2 other gîtes for 10 & 6 people, ideal for family/friends gatherings (the 3 gîtes can be rented jointly for a gathering of 28 people in total). Food delivery by a nearby caterer can be arranged. Owners can also rent a B&B accommodation for 2 people, in wooden tiny house among the vineyards. Horseriders welcome (fields & paddocks available).
