Welcome to Kona! This spacious, townhouse style condo just steps from the ocean and withinwalking distance to the heart of Kona has an amazing ocean view from both floors. While it is close to town, the complex is off the main street and has a quiet, serene setting. Wake up to stunning ocean views and enjoy a cup of coffee on your private lanai off the master bedroom where you can observe humpback whales, spinner dolphins, kayakers, paddle boarders and more in your chair!
The first floor offers
-A full kitchen, the kitchen includes a gas stove, full refrigerator, coffee makers, all dishware, glassware, utensils and more.
-A combined dining/living area with smart TV, cable channels and WiFi
-In unit washer/dryer
-A half bathroom.
-Air conditioning is available in the living room or you can open the sliding doors and enjoy gentle ocean breezes.
The second floor includes
- A shared full bathroom with shower and tub
- With a master bedroom that provides a comfortable King size bed, ceiling fan, and AC unit.
- The guest bedroom has two Twin Beds, a ceiling fan and a portable AC for your comfort.
- Additional sleeping: Queen air mattress (sleeps 2) in the living room.
Our community features a beautiful swimming pool, perfect for relaxation and recreation. Adjacent to the pool, you will find a dedicated BBQ area equipped with two large gas grills, ideal for social gatherings and outdoor dining.
For your convenience, each unit is provided with one assigned parking stall, which is strategically located directly next to the unit's entrance.

Cute place. Great location. Loved that there were lots of pool/beach supplies. The owner and manager were very communicative, responsive to questions, and clearly cared about our comfort. Would stay again.

The condo was great. The beds were amazing! Like sleeping on a cloud.
The cleaning crew of 2 was still there at 4:00 check in time. We offered to finish and fold the items in both the washer and dryer so they would not be there until 5:00. We just wanted to get settled and chill withe the cleaning crew not there.

We were looking for an affordable condo and found the perfect one. Cute little complex with a nice pool about a block’s walk from both town and Honl’s beach. Beds were comfy, nice kitchen, a/c in livingroom and bedrooms, extra air mattresses and some beach toys, umbrellas, etc. to share. No coffee or spices of anything in the kitchen, but stores are close. Would definitely stay again. Bonus ocean view from upper patio!
