We stayed at Provençale de Biot for 16 nights in September and we were extremely happy we chose this property.
Sylvain and his wife Dolorès are great hosts and will make you feel like staying at home. They are very nice people, genuine and polite. They respond to any inquiries quickly and are readily available to help if you need one.
The location was great. If you like to walk, you can walk to historic village on the top of the hill, you can also walk to the beach and train station. You can also drive to the beach and train station and park your car there for free. That is extremely practical if you choose to take a train to busy cities like Nice and Monaco.
Another huge plus was a private driveway parking spot for our car.
The apartment itself was very clean and very well equipped with everything you need. There is a large bright living room, separate kitchen, two good size separate bedrooms for sleeping, separate toilet with sink and separate bathroom with generous italian style shower. All appliances were in good working condition. Hosts provided generous supplies, toilet paper, soap etc. Our linens and towels were changed regularly. The apartment is self contained with own private entrance from the street. The owners live upstairs and they are very quiet and respectful.
Outside is nice shaded patio with table and chairs surrounded by a mature fruit producing lemon and tangerine trees . There are also sunny areas to soak up the sun. Although the description said that the outside space is shared with the owners, our privacy was always respected. The host checked up on us regularly to ask if everything was ok, if we need anything and to make sure that we were happy with our stay. Sylvain provided local information on shopping, restaurants, transportation.
We very much enjoyed our stay at Provençale de Biot and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Abitazione con splendido giardino e posto auto, in un contesto idilliaco di campagna.
Ambiente pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort, spazi ampi e proprietario super gentile, come pochi finora!
Assolutamente consigliato per visitare tutta la Costa Azzurra in estrema comodità, essendo centrale rispetto a tutte le località della zona.
Assolutamente nulla: tutto ha rispecchiato le aspettative.

Exceptionally clean and well decorated apartment with a touch of love and intentionality, the host was very generous with all the supplies and the house is very functional you could find EVERYTHING you need in the house. The owner's intention is to make it a perfect place for 100% comfort and they achieved it. The home is not a regular stay it is given a 7star hotel touch.. not even all the 5tar hotels I have stayed at before gave me so much comfort like this one. It was awesome and my kids really enjoyed staying there.
The host is extremely kind, generous and friendly, has so much empathy and was very helpful to my family. It's definitely a place to stay
