About this house rental
A charming Mas of 110 m² in ground floor stone divided into two parts, part living room with a large kitchen, dining room, living room and sleeping area with 2 twin bedrooms sleeps 4 (+2 possible on a sofa in the living room) 1 bathroom, 1 WC, utility room, outdoor terrace, plancha and deckchairs.
It is an ideal place to relax surrounded by olive trees in peace with its southwest exposure on a plot of 2500 sqm. Valbonne 10 minutes, Nice, Cannes, Antibes is about 20 min, and the most beautiful beaches of the Riviera. Located near the largest perfumeries in Grasse as Fragonard, Molinard and Galimard, many possibility of walks in the forest. The village and its shops, restaurants and cinema is less than 5min drive.
Our pets are not allowed on the property dsl :-).

Wir haben das Haus im Juli 2022 für eine Woche gemietet und waren 5 Personen.
Die Vermieterin Madame Merle ist sehr nett und total zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation verlief problemlos. Es wurde auf Sonderwünsche, wie eine spätere Anreise aufgrund von Stau und ein Check-Out um 5 Uhr morgens souverän reagiert und alles möglich gemacht. Ebenso empfiehlt die Besitzerin verschiedene Aktivitäten vor Ort, falls gewünscht.
Das Haus ist vollständig ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, von Bettwäsche, über Handtücher bis hin zu sämtlichen Küchenutensilien und Reinigern. Das Haus ist wirklich chic eingerichtet und verfügt in den Schlafzimmern über Deckenventilatoren. Im Haus stehen zusätzlich weitere 2 Standlüfter zur Verfügung. Das Haus hat keine Klimaanlage, was allerdings sogar im Hochsommer kein wirkliches Problem ist.
Besonders toll haben wir die 4 Sonnenliegen, sowie den überdachten Terrassentisch mit Gasgrill empfunden.
Auch das Bad ist sehr chic. Ebenso verfügt das Haus über Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Die Hausbesitzerin wohnt nebenan. Die Grundstücke sind durch eine Hecke getrennt. Man hat eine eigene Hofeinfahrt. Die Nähe zu den Eigentümern haben wir überhaupt nicht störend empfunden, sondern gab immer ein Gefühl von Sicherheit, falls man Hilfe brauchte.
Positiv haben wir auch das WLAN mit einer guten und schnellen Verbindung erlebt.
Einziges Manko ist, dass die Terrasse ein kleines Problem mit Ameisen hat, welche man mal wieder beseitigen müsste.
Ich kann diese Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen zu 1000% empfehlen. Die Vermieterin ist zuvorkommend, spricht Französisch, Englisch und Polnisch.

Magnifique maison à proximité de la plage (15 minutes en voiture) et de villes magnifiques. Nous avons séjourné avec nos 4 enfants et avons passé une très agréable semaine reposante et pleine de belles découvertes aux alentours. Mme Merle est d'une grande gentillesse et très disponible. À choisir sans hésitation.
