Very clean, great modern condition, useful amenities such as washer/dryer. Really comfortable place to stay. Not too far from the airport by car and near to big supermarkets. Car park space offered (although parking by other residents blocked some spaces). Deposit was returned a few days later.
Location is a little far from central Auckland but fine with a car. AC wasn't in the bedroom from memory, only the living room, which meant in summer the bedroom was a bit warm at night.

The facilities were all very modern and the place was pretty self service with laundry and dryer.
We weren't given instructions to get into the property and we were stuck outside for an hour. The person that spoke to us didn't speak English at all. They also tried to overcharge me for a mattress I paid before the trip and the rooms we were in were facing the sun and air conditioning didn't even make it to the living room.
