Comfortable, friendly and quiet accommodation. Outside terrace and gardens . Easy travel to the city and airport with public or shuttle services. Ponsonby a lively area with cafés, restaurants d shops.

Location is excellent, the outdoor area pretty
Unfortunately disappointing. it seemed I wasnt expected when I arrived despite booking over 6 weeks ago. Some time spend looking up my booking then I had to show what I had booked on my app and the type of room booked. The facilities were not high quality for $275 per night room . Furniture more The Warehouse cabinetry etc. Bathroom was tired, shower with tarnish/rust around metal frames . Mildew Staining around bottom of shower . Soap rack over basin covered in soap scum . Only needs some boiling water poured through to clean it . The room had a very strong smell of commercial cleaning products and could smell it on my clothes the following day after arrival . Its a nice 3 star but not a 4.5 star. Staff seemed helpful and nice but standard of the room let them down .
