Really good location. Attentive host that delivered a iron we reported as missing. Comfy beds. Loads of space in the bedrooms and lots of mirrors which was so useful. An unexpected outdoor courtyard area with furniture
The cupboard space in the kitchen is limited if staying for a long time. A lot of the cupboards are locked. Parking out the front is hit and miss, and extremely tight. Lounging space is very minimal for large group. Only 1 x 3-seater sofa and 2 bean bags for 10 people accom And a dining table for 7 people.

The house was lovely and clean, comfy beds and handy location for where we wanted to be. Discovered plenty of quirky delis, restaurants & good pubs. Easy check-in and host replied promptly to questions.
The sitting room is small and taken over by a large table, so rather cramped if you all want to sit in the room. Only one sofa.
Parking quite tricky if you have more than one car.

Very nice rooms, good showers, perfect for a group if you all want your own space. Nicely decorated, cute little garden. Good shops, pubs etc near by.
The main thing we didn't like was being charged an extra £20 (taken from the deposit) for checking in early, just for leaving our bags inside rather than in the car as the street is a bit dodgy. I have never had that before, if somewhere is ready, hosts let you check, or allow you to securely store bags - so be aware of this. It soured the experience for us.
