Appartement met keuken. Helaas was de oven niet schoongemaakt en stonk het enorm naar iets vets. En er lag nog eten op de vloer... bahh Ze kwamen het wel de volgende dag schoonmaken. Douche was waardeloos, koud of heel warm en slappe straal. Dit zouden ze ook komen fixen maar is helaas niet gebeurd. Als dit beide oke was geweest hadden we zeker een hogere score gegeven

The room was smart and very clean. Nice decor. Very private. The kitchen was well equipped. The flat was warm. There are shops and restaurants 5 minutes walk away.
The bed was a bit soft and saggy in the middle. I would have liked a firmer mattress. The shower was fine. It was electric and maybe could have been a bit more powerful, but it was all fine.

Very high standard of property and nicely furnished. Helpful office staff moved our apartment as there was excessive foot noise from room above, so grateful for this, as it was difficult to sleep.
On line check in process complex asking for excessive information - ID, passport, photo, DOB, etc. I couldn't get it to work. Also too many emails and WhatsApps were irritating. These reasons put me off using Your Apartment again.
