Location, very good price, parking to the rear, facilities(tea coffee etc) towels provided, tv.
Front of house staff was not aware of our arrival and that we have booked rooms. He had to call someone else within the company to confirm our booking so we had to wait 10 minutes to get our rooms.
The floor and shower on bathroom was not clean. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable for me.
The wifi does not work, even though the hot-spot name and password is displayed in the corridor.
