The staff are so happy to help whenever you need it and make your stay feel safe and comfortable.
It needs updating (decoration/utilities) but it’s a large property and functional so no issues really. You can see they are slowly making improvements but by bit.

The room is clean, have separated with the kids in 1 room.
The sound from the pipe is too loud, could not sleep at night.
