The apartment is very nice, spacious and clean. It's obvious it's a quality built and equipped. We did appreciate the tasteful furniture and decorations. The building is quiet and you don't hear anything from the neighbors. It does not have an air conditioning but I don't think it needs one. Going to the beach is a breeze. And also the owners were very helpful, generous and pleasant.
