Das Apartment hat Potential aber dazu muss sich der Gastgeber mehr um seine Gäste bemühen und im Apartment kleine Verbesserungen ausführen (siehe unten). Die Lage ist sehr gut mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand und einem Waschbecken auf dem Balkon für die Badesachen.
Das Apartment hatte kein Internet obwohl bei Booking ein besonders schnelles Internet versprochen wurde. Auch der Stil der Kommunikation der Gastgeber war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig - 200 Euro Kaution, Androhung von Strafen und Zusatzkosten für A/C und Nutzung der Waschmaschine. Die Duschtrennwand war kaputt, genauso wie das Fenster im Schlafzimmer. Es gab keine Reserven für Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Mülltüten.
