Sehr schnelle Antwort auf Fragen.
Tiefgaragenstellplatz auf Nachfrage bereitgestellt.
Sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt Kleve.
Nachts ruhig, sowohl auf der Straße vor dem Haus als auch im Haus selber.
Bequeme Betten, frische und saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher.
Toilette (getrennt von Bad und Dusche) sauber, ebenso die Dusche und das Waschbecken.
2 TV, stabiles schnelles WLAN.
Zweckmäßige Einrichtung, auch der kleinen Küche.
Geschirr und Besteck gut und ausreichend.
Fußboden war weniger sauber. Es sah so aus, als wenn dieser vergessen wurde.
Die Couch und die Decke darauf sollten unbedingt gereinigt werden.

Appartamento ristrutturato vicinissimo al centro e alle vie dello shopping, molto silenzioso,accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort.Host molto gentile e disponibilissimo.Consigliatissimo!

E' un appartamento rivisto di recente e tutto sommato va bene. Il proprietariò risponde celermente ai messaggi scritti. E' disponibile nel venirti incontro alle eventuali richieste (abbiamo chiesto degli asciugamani in più).
Pulizia pessima. La casa era abbastanza pulita tranne la cucina, alcune macchie ben visibili non erano state proprio viste né pulite.
La cosa peggiore il pavimento... peli di cane, unghie di essere umano lasciate in giro sul pavimento. Abbastanza schifoso.
Abbiamo segnalato al proprietario che il giorno dopo ha fatto fare una pulizia. Peccato che la pulizia è stata fatta in modo superficiale, per esempio c'erano delle briciole sotto il tavolo dopo la colazione e nonostante la 2° pulizia sono rimaste lì.
Il parcheggio in zona è a pagamento, per parcheggiare gratuitamente bisogna fare un pò di strada.
